NCR Sets vs. Pads vs. Books

There are three types of NCR that we provide. A description of each is as below:

• NCR Sets - these are provided as loose sets. Each set consists of 2, 3 or 4 sheets (2/3/4 part sets) which are glued to each other. However, unlike pads or books, the sets are not bound to one-another
• NCR Pads - these consist of sets that are bound together by glue, usually is pads of 50. Once a set have been written on, it is ripped off and given to the person(s) it needs to go to
• NCR Books - these consists of sets that are bound together in a book - usually 50 sets per book. Each page in the set is perforated except the last page. This allows for a page(s) to be ripped out of the book and given to the person(s) it needs to go to, but the bottom sheet of each set is not perforated and so it remains in the book. Once the book is complete, it can be filed away for record keeping

  • 2 Part NCR - White top copy, yellow bottom copy
  • 3 Part NCR - White top copy, yellow middle copy, pink bottom copy
  • 4 Part NCR - White top copy, blue second copy, yellow third copy, pink bottom copy
• Colour Options - should you wish to have different coloured paper within each set, this is possible but there may be an additional charge incurred. Please contact us for a quote. Colours available are white, yellow, pink, green and blue.
• Single or Double Sided - we are able to print NCR sets with a single or double sided print. It is often popular to have some terms and conditions printed onto the reverse of the sets.
• Numbering - if you require your NCR sets to be numbered, that's not a problem! Just let us know what number you wish for them to start from and whereabouts you wish for the number to be placed on your sets. Numbers are printed in black/greyscale only for black printing but can be in any colour you wish when if you select full colour printing
  
• Hole punching - some people like to have their sets hole-punched so that they can be safely stored away for record keeping. We automatically hole punch with two holes if this option is purchased, but we can punch with 4 holes if requested, subject to an additional surcharge

Artwork Service

Should you require us to design your flyers for you, we are able to do this - just select the relevant option.

Please note that the turnaround time stated gives us three days to get the artwork complete and signed off. If the artwork is not signed off until after three days, this will delay your order beyond the stated turnaround time. We recommend that you provide us with any amendments and/or sign off as quickly as possibly so we can get your job into production as soon as possible.

Please note that we will design your artwork to your specification. You will need to provide us with any relevant logos, pictures, text that you want on your flyer as well as any specific colour or design requirements. We find that we get the best result for everyone when we have a really good brief of what you want. Where information is not given, we will use some artistic license and use our best judgement.
